Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Omnalyst (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

The Service is operated by Malay Doshi, trading as Omnalyst, based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

2. Description of Service

Omnalyst is an AI-powered data analytics platform. Users upload datasets and receive automated analysis reports generated by a pipeline of AI agents. The Service includes data profiling, statistical analysis, pattern discovery, predictive modelling, visualization, and narrative insights, along with a Copilot chat assistant and report export functionality.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Omnalyst only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload data you do not have the legal right to process
• Upload data containing personal information of others without appropriate consent or legal basis
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Circumvent plan limits or access controls
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or code designed to harm the Service or its users
• Use the Service to process data for illegal activities
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use

5. Your Data and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The analysis reports, insights, and outputs generated by the Service are yours to use. Omnalyst retains ownership of the platform, pipeline, models, and underlying technology.

6. Plans, Payments and Billing

• The Free plan is provided at no charge subject to usage limits stated on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay.
• All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
• Plan limits (analyses per month, file size, row count) are enforced automatically. Exceeding a limit requires an upgrade.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your plan until that date. We do not prorate partial months. For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy.

8. AI Outputs Disclaimer

The analysis, insights, predictions, and recommendations generated by Omnalyst are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analysis result.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnalyst and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
